Once your order embarks on its journey, we will send you a confirmation email. It's like a message in a bottle, only it contains a tracking number and instructions on how to keep an eye on your package.

III. What should I do if the package hasn't been delivered?

If you have not received your package within 40 days after it was dispatched, please send an email to jewelry@tanggulaenergy.com, and we will promptly arrange for a replacement or refund for you.
