Only when all the following conditions are met will returns be accepted and points or refunds be given:
1. Items must be in their original state when shipped.
2. We must receive notification of your intention to return the product within 48 hours after delivery.
3. We must receive the returned item within 13 days from the date of delivery.
4. The customer bears financial responsibility for all shipping and handling fees related to the item, and assumes full responsibility for its safe return. We recommend careful packaging and insurance as minimum precautions.
If the returned item does not meet our aforementioned return and exchange policy, your order will be returned to you.
Refund Method

Once the return is approved, we will arrange for the return of the goods (in case of defective items, our platform will not be responsible for the return shipping fee). After we receive the goods, you will receive a refund through the original payment method within 14 working days.
Due to the rapid processing speed of our orders after submission, we are unable to change your address or delivery method, nor can we modify or cancel your existing order.
All items in the special sale category are final sales and non-returnable. Discount codes and promotional activities cannot be combined or stacked; only one can be used per order.
Warranty: Each of our packages includes basic string and threading tools. If you encounter any string-related issues, you can email our customer service team, who will assist you in finding a better solution.
